Docker deployment Access denied for user root@localhost??

The new docker configuration does not work for me. Checking the logs
reports lots of connection errors from the server.
My guess is the server is not given proper access to the
hostdb(fineractmysql)

@Courage Angeh <co...@gmail.com> , @vorburger  any thoughts on this?
