rocksdb::wintlscleanup::WinOnThreadExit, the TLS cleanup callback registed by rocksdb calls rocksdb::port::pthread_getspecific which sets errno that (re)initializes the thread's PTD struct AFTER destroy_fls deallocated it, resulting in the leak.
