We discovered a few issues when deploying Metron in a multi-node environment and enabling Knox:
 * Metron scripts and resources need to be installed by a Metron Client component
 * The flag used to determine if Metron Knox assets are installed does not work correctly if Knox is installed after a Metron Client
 * The Knox host needs to be added to the SSO whitelist
