2.10.0 Testing

This is a quick heads up to say that we are about to start testing use of the development snapshots of ARQ 2.10.0 here at YarcData

I suspect that we will be more affected than some users since we hook into various low level parts of ARQ and RIOT. I will report back over the next week or two about any major issues we encounter

Great. While there is compatibility code, if you are having to make
changes, there is a new, cleaner interface to the parsers via
o.a.j.riot.systemStreamRDF together with language and parser registration.

The staging website has updated documentation:

http://jena.staging.apache.org/documentation/io/index.html

This area is new but I hope it is the right design approach; it's better
than previously. If you and the testing finds ways to improve it, then
we still have time before the release.
