[DISCUSS] Tag and Branching for Apache Knox 1.4.0 Release

All -

I am about to start the process of tagging and branching for the 1.4.0
release.
Please feel free to speak up if you feel this should not be done at this
point.

Current open JIRAs tagged for 1.4.0 are limited to doc issues and shouldn't
block the creation of a RC, in my opinion.
