Bug 31039 - URL in basic-link is scrambled by encryption (edit)


I have just encountered this in FOP 0.95 and found this an existing bug. Is
there any update on any possible fixes, or possibly is it addressed in 1.0?

Are there any work-arounds or alternate methods of including hyper-links
that anyone have found for this?
