Build on winzozz is in error due to "negative seek offset" when downloading Tomcat 7.0.26: I don't know why but sometimes it happens :-(

Latest build seems to be successful: https://builds.apache.org/view/S-Z/view/Syncope/job/Syncope-linux/7/consoleFull
If possible, we'd like to have a build on Windows platform as well, and to deploy artifacts to Sonar (see INFRA-4423).
If everything is fine, I guess also INFRA-4422 is unblocked now: correct?

I've just removed the main repo from parent/pom.xml.
Please build with "mvn -P all clean verify" from root directory (hence using /trunk/pom.xml as root pom).

I have used the profile -Pall -Psite and use parent/pom.xml as a root pom.
And a build tools dependency was missing
I wonder if you could remove the repository declaration
