MDCMatchFilter and 1.3

Hello,

1. In some document I saw MDCMatchFilter being listed as a 1.3 feature, in
another document it was put between brackets. Will it be part of the 1.3
release?

2. Did you guys have a date in mind for a non-alpha 1.3 release? Is it a
matter of weeks, months, a year?
