   ### Motivation
   
   `UpdateNameserverRegistryDTO` had no unit coverage for its validation rules. This PR adds first coverage.
   
   ### Changes
   
   - id/name/namesrvAddr required and oversized optional fields rejected.
   - A valid registry update request passes validation.
   
   ### Verification
   
   - `mvn -B test -Dtest=UpdateNameserverRegistryDTOTest`: passed, BUILD SUCCESS
