[PR] Fix airflow db clean never purging the callback table (#70923) [airflow]

Backport of #70923 to `v3-3-test` for the 3.3.2 release.
Fixes `airflow db clean` never purging the `callback` table (it was registered under the old `callback_request` name, so the config entry named a non-existent table and rows were silently skipped). The `db_cleanup.py` fix + newsfragment applied clean; the test's import conflicts resolved by taking the incoming sqlalchemy/mock supersets (ruff then dropped `Path`/`call`/`IntegrityError` as unused on v3-3-test). All 14 callback-cleanup tests pass.
