Release: Standard Taglib 1.0.2

Jakarta-taglibs users,

I've posted version 1.0.2 of the Standard Taglib, our implementation of
JSTL.  It represents a minor bugfix release:  it addresses several minor
issues reported to us through the Apache Bug Database.

You can download version 1.0.2 at
