Recent versions of Antora allow you to specify asciidoc attributes in the component descriptor, not just the playbook.  Since 'camel-quarkus-last-release' is only used in camel-quarks, it can be defined in the c-q antora.yml component descriptor, avoiding duplication and the need to update the main playbook on every release.

I'll submit a PR in a day or two when Antora 2.3.0 is released.
