[Heads up] SVN repo reorganized

The SVN repository for ServiceMix has been reorganized a bit to accomadate
the upcoming ServiceMix 4.

ServiceMix 3.x trunk / tags / branches (that were previously at the root of
the svn tree) are now available at
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx3/branches/
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx3/tags/
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx3/trunk/

ServiceMix 4.x will be slit in different subprojects.  The first available
is the Apache ServiceMix Runtime and is available at
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx4/runtime/trunk

The remaining of the old servicemix-4.0 branch is available at
   https://svn.apache.org/repos/asf/servicemix/smx4/runtime/old-branch
and should be split in separate subtrees (nmr + jbi, other components + full
package)

Existing local svn repositories can be changed easily (for ServiceMix 3.x)
using the svn switch command.
