   # Summary
   
   [NIFI-15090](https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/NIFI-15090) Refactors framework loading of `authorizers.xml` using the XML DOM API instead of JAXB. The refactored implementation avoids the Maven build plugin for generating Java classes from an XSD and removes the JAXB runtime dependencies.
   
   Existing unit and system tests exercise loading the Authorizers configuration, and adjustments to the test `authorizers.xml` also exercise different property handling conditions.
