   I had a look at this and we probably don't need to do a development. We can instead leverage the system available in the cloud, see: https://kubernetes.io/docs/tasks/debug/debug-cluster/audit/ - Ideally we should configure and audit `Integration` and `Pipe` resources to keep track of the actions happening about them.
