Got it, thanks Sebb, I've dropped those files from my home directory then. I got the idea about .forward file from following public page:

http://www.apache.org/dev/committers.html#mail-forward

We might want to consider updating it that .forward is not used these days.

I've again tried to send email from outside to my ASF email address and it seems to be working. Hence this can be resolved for now - I'll reopen it if I stopped receiving emails again.
