[m2] Multiple source roots ?

Hi,

how do I add multiple source roots to the compiler plugin for
compilation ? I have a problem with a plugin which does not make the
appropriate project.addCompileSourceRoot() calls after generating
sources. What I need is some kind of workaround to get the generated
sources added to the compilation directories until the plugin gets fixed
upstream. Any help highly appreciated.
