   The existing script for selecting a PR of the Month in `dev/stats` does not currently include data from related issues in its score calculation. This change factors in data concerning comments, comment length, and reactions in issues related to a PR. Terminal output is adjusted accordingly. An unrelated minor tweak: score and comment length numbers are rounded for readability.
