I just made a number of changes to the web site, to bring it fully into 
the Struts 1.1++ era, but suddenly can't connect to cvs.apache.org (it 
was working an hour ago).

j.a.o still likes me, so I'll post my changes to the Web site and will 
keep trying to check in the XML. In the meantime, if you don't have any 
website changes of your own pending, you might hold off making them 
while I resolve this check in.
