This month two projects, Ambari and Marmotta, are graduating as Apache 
Top Level Projects. So taking the words our new VP Jakob, "the podling 
is leaving the nest". For me incubation has been a really rewarding 
experience, and I'll stay around to help wherever I could.

The November board meeting took place on the 20th.

The following directors were present:

   Shane Curcuru
   Doug Cutting
   Bertrand Delacretaz
   Roy T. Fielding
   Jim Jagielski
   Chris Mattmann
   Brett Porter
   Sam Ruby

Apologies were received from Greg Stein.

The following officers were present:

   Ross Gardler
   Rich Bowen
   Craig L Russell

The following guests were present:

   Sean Kelly
   Daniel Gruno
   Marvin Humphrey
   Hadrian Zbarcea
   Noah Slater
   Daniel Kulp
   Henri Yandell

The October minutes were approved.
Minutes will be posted to http://www.apache.org/foundation/records/minutes/

The following reports were not approved and are expected next month:

   Report from the Apache Avro Project  [Scott Carey]

The following reports were not received and are expected next month:

   Report from the Apache Abdera Project  [Ant Elder]
   Report from the Apache Click Project  [Malcolm Edgar]
   Report from the Apache Continuum Project  [Brent Atkinson]
   Report from the Apache Subversion Project  [Greg Stein]

All other reports to the board were approved as submitted.

The following resolutions were passed unanimously:

   A. Change the Apache Commons Project Chair (Gary Gregory, VP)
   B. Change the Apache Vice President of Legal Affairs (Jim Jagielski,  VP)
   C. Establish the Apache Marmotta Project (Jakob Frank, VP)
   D. Establish the Apache Ambari Project (Yusaku Sako, VP)

The next board meeting will be on the 18th of December.
