Thanks for filing the ticket and the suggestions, [~timcu]!

The Bootstrap 4 JS is different from the 3 and doesn't seem to automatically apply to Bootstrap components automatically. So I've added a small JS file as a Require.js module which calls the needed Bootstrap JS and is included in the Layout @Import. A nice side effect is providing an example of using JavaScript in Tapestry. :)

I've also a class, RunWithJetty, to make it easy to run or debug the generated webapp easily as a regular Java application.
