Struts 1.3.9 GA ?
When Struts 1.3.9 will be release as GA ?
Just for saying that we are using Struts 1.3.9 in production (many war
with differents architecture) since July 2007 and all works fine.

1.3.10 is up for a vote.

Excellent !!!
Considering the fact that promote 1.3.10 (or 1.3.9) as GA is very
important (obviously if 1.3.10 is ok) because 1.3.8 contains severals
major bug (https://issues.apache.org/struts/browse/STR-3015) that
will lead to a 1.3.8a version. In fact the last good version (1.3.9) is
in beta....
If you want that devlopers use struts 2 it's very important to prove
that the older version of struts (and other developement in general)
will be (a little) maintain.
I would like to congratulate for all of the struts works and all of the
Apache Software Fondation works !
