Bilingual sites

Any pointers or advice to a relative Forrest newbie on using it to 
produce bilingual sites (by which I mean matching pairs of pages each 
with the option to switch to the other)?

The only internationalization that has been done so far is for menus, 
sorry.  It is on the roadmap, though.
