[~anshumg] - This is in CHANGES for 7.4, but it's not resolved - is it complete?
I also notice no Ref Guide changes were made with this commit - the new parameter needs to be documented, doesn't it?

We’ve had some occurrences of really huge tlogs, resulting in serious issues, so in an attempt to avoid this, it would be great to have a “maxSize” setting based on the tlog size on disk.
