Xerces-C 3.2.0 now available

The Xerces Project has released V3.2.0 of the Xerces-C library [1].

This is a minor upgrade that is source compatible with applications written for V3.1.0 but has a different ABI and library name, so applications will need to be recompiled to use it.

Release notes are linked from [2].

With this release, the 3.1 branch is closed to further changes and applications should migrate to this version.

Note that Windows users should be aware that there are no solution files for Visual Studio or other compilers; cmake (obtained separately) should now be used to generate these solutions locally. Instructions are included [3].

The web site may contain a few errors or typos; please report them to one of the lists or to JIRA.
