Specifically,
# slider MUST have winutils.exe on its path to talk to HDFS.
# slider.py MUST fetch HADOOP_HOME & look for slider
# if the version of hadoop-jar installed != those of slider: things won't work. Ignore the cp and just rely on winutils/hadoop.dll
# slider entry point should fail fast if it is not there
