xml.apache.org/xindice broken links

Hi,
	I noticed the http://xml.apache.org/xindice/ site has broken links under
the Documentation heading.  All the guides and tools reference and java doc
are broken.  I'm not sure how we fix this, but we should try to solve that
soon since our users can't see the existing documentation!
