The following direct URL http://www.apache.org/dyn/closer.cgi/zeppelin/zeppelin-0.7.0/zeppelin-0.7.0-bin-all.tgz leads to a gzipped html file.

Older URLs work properly: http://archive.apache.org/dist/zeppelin/zeppelin-0.6.2/zeppelin-0.6.2-bin-all.tgz
