[lang] Broken Javadoc API links on website

-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE-----
Hash: SHA256

All,

I was trying to view the Javadoc for commons-lang 2.4 and it looks
like all the Javadoc links are broken on this page:

http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/release-history.html

For example, the 2.4 javadoc link from that page is:
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/api-2.4/

While it should actually be:
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/javadocs/api-2.4/index.html

The same is true for the current release:
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/api-3.1/
should be:
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/javadocs/api-3.1/index.html
(or
http://commons.apache.org/proper/commons-lang/javadocs/api-release/index.html)

Thanks,
- -chris
