   When I call resetSSHKeyForVirtualMachine API, CloudStack updates vm metadata containing ssh public key. After, when I start the virtualmachine, it's overridden by the value of SSH.PublicKey in user_vm_details at `addPasswordAndUserdata()@CloudZonesNetworkElement.java`.
