Prefetch limit is not set when connecting via AMQP 1.0 (qpid-JMS)

There is the way to specify prefetch limit for java client? I've tried to
add maxprefetch option to URL, but it's just ignored (and system property
"max_prefetch" ignored too), QPID web management interface is always
displaying that prefetch limit is 100. Client version is 0.24.
