   描述：我现在要实现一个地图头像的功能，比如，如果是深圳的客户下单，在地图上深圳的左边会冒头像。我试过用setOption, 可是用set会导致地图也会刷新。这样不是我期望的效果。我期望地图是不用刷新的，只是动态的添加一个动画标注。
   echarts 版本：4.2.0
   浏览器：chrome 最新版本
   mac 环境
