When trying to remove `TestUtils.waitForCondition` in [https://github.com/apache/kafka/pull/16499], kraft may have thread leak.

We can use ThreadUtils#shutdownExecutorServiceQuietly [0] to replace the block in KafkaClusterTestKie#close [1].
