AntExplorer Problems

Hi,

anyone on the list using the AntExplorer ?

I've downloaded the most actual (standalone) version yesterday.

Opening an ant script works fine, but executing fails with error =

"Cannot execute due to :
Ant not found on classpath"

My machine = Win2000 / jdk1.4.2_05 / Ant 1.6.5

JAVA_HOME, ANT_HOME set 

i also tried  CLASSPATH=C:\ant_1_6_5 and
CLASSPATH=C:\ant_1_6_5\lib

but that doesn't work either.

Opening a cmd shell and C:\> ant
gives me

Buildfile:Build.xml does not exist!
Build failed

My Ant Installation works fine.

Any ideas ?
