When did Pluto start?

Does anyone know when the Pluto project started?

We are missing our "start date" at:

http://incubator.apache.org/projects/index.html

Yes, you're right, so the 30th of September was the initial CVS
import.

Do you talk about the Pluto project at Apache? You might take a look at 
the first occurrence of  Jakarta-Pluto in CVS.  It was in September, 2003.
