[Bug 4284] New: Add CSV support (Certified Server Validation/Client SMTP Validation)

http://bugzilla.spamassassin.org/show_bug.cgi?id=4284

Summary: Add CSV support (Certified Server Validation/Client
                    SMTP Validation)
           Product: Spamassassin
           Version: unspecified
          Platform: Other
               URL: http://www.mipassoc.org/csv/
        OS/Version: All
            Status: NEW
          Severity: enhancement
          Priority: P5
         Component: Rules (Eval Tests)
        AssignedTo: dev@spamassassin.apache.org
        ReportedBy: spamassassin4@matthew.elvey.com

Good C code has been written for the CSA part for exim, which could help. (See
URL/ http://www.mipassoc.org/csv/ )

Why bother? http://wiki.fastmail.fm/wiki/index.php/ClientSmtpValidation

Must this be a Rule(EvalTest) or a Plugin? Bug 3998 has many informative
comments on that question, but it's still not clear to me.
