HADOOP-13929 introduced these modifications. Based on [this comment|https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/HADOOP-13929?focusedCommentId=15805224&page=com.atlassian.jira.plugin.system.issuetabpanels:comment-tabpanel#comment-15805224], {{contract-test-options.xml}} was removed because there is no such file in source tree anymore.
