[jira] [Resolved] (SLIDER-490) When containers ask cannot be satisfied, flex down seems to bring down active containers

Steve Loughran resolved SLIDER-490.
-----------------------------------
       Resolution: Fixed
    Fix Version/s: Slider 0.60

Fixed, but tests are only @ mock level; the bit of code telling YARN to cancel the requests has not been tested

> Noticed that if a component is flexed up and there are no resources to satisfy the requests they remain unsatisfied by YARN. This is expected. However, if the component is flexed down then the live containers are brought down instead of just counting them against the unsatisfied requests.
