[CLI] Docs for 1.3-SNAPSHOT confuse users

Hi all,

is anybody currently working on [cli] 1.3 release? It looks like users get
confused by the fact that the website docs show examples from trunk which
aren't available in 1.2 [1]. Would be good to either change the docs back
to 1.2 code or release 1.3.
