[~vrozov] these files are needed for Dynamic UDF support tests (when we dynamically load functions into Drill). For that purpose we need both source and binary files present. We cannot compile them during Drill build since they are created from separate project, neither they can be pulled from maven repo, since this project is not published.

Also can you please point to Apache documentation where it is indicated that we cannot have such files in release.
