Disconection progblem

Hi everyone:

We are running Guac with 10s of users and the experience has been largely
trouble free. Thanks!

A new customer is trying to use our service and every time he logs in to
Guacamole he is immediately disconnected.  The log seems to indicate that
the user normally disconnected.

Any insights into what might be happening? Any ideas on where to look for
clues?
