An annotation created with the edit view should use span of editor selection
----------------------------------------------------------------------------

                 Key: UIMA-1520
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/UIMA-1520
             Project: UIMA
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Jörn Kottmann
            Assignee: Jörn Kottmann
             Fix For: 2.3

Annotations created in the edit view have right now a begin and end index of 0 and it can only be changed by typing a new index. To improve the situation the beging and end index should be set to the current text selection in the annoation editor.
