[jira] [Created] (ZEPPELIN-42) Notice user when there's new interpreter available.

Lee moon soo created ZEPPELIN-42:
------------------------------------

Summary: Notice user when there's new interpreter available.
                 Key: ZEPPELIN-42
                 URL: https://issues.apache.org/jira/browse/ZEPPELIN-42
             Project: Zeppelin
          Issue Type: Improvement
            Reporter: Lee moon soo

Zeppelin is going to keep add interpreter implementation, the backend integration.

One problem is, if user upgrades his installation, newly added interpreter is not notified to user. So as a user, it's difficult to catch that he need add setting for newly added interpreter to use in his notebook.

So i think either there should be some notification of newly added interpreter, or automatic setting creation for them.
