I made a windows installer for ant

Hey everyone,

I made a (very basic) windows installer for Ant 1.7.0. You can get it here:
http://winant.googlecode.com/files/winant-install.exe

Like I said, the installer is really basic; if you'd like to make it better,
you're more than welcome to contribute on the Google Code project I
set up: http://code.google.com/p/winant/
