How to delete records? show reports

Hello, 

I am new here, actually OFBiz my next target ERP software. last 2 weeks i was using it to know more about it, There is some question i need to know their answer: 
1- How to delete invoice, orders, facilities and others. 
2- How i can generate reports for sales or purchase or any others options. 
3- How to remove OFBiz from page name of explorer.

 1. In OFBiz we almost don't delete anything. This for audit reason. So we rather put an end to them by setting the "Thru date"
