axis2 1.4.1 problem

Hi,
I run SOAP server under jetty 6.1.10.
After moving whole project from axis2 1.3 to 1.4 , server response to each request with NullPointerException (see below)
The same with axis2 1.4.1

Is there anything that I missed?
