Bump maven-archiver to 4.0.0-beta-6 (#621)
Ship maven-jar-plugin 4.0.0-beta-2 against the latest Maven
Archiver, picking up the beta-6 fixes (reproducible-build
timestamp handling incl. SOURCE_DATE_EPOCH=0, BuildHelper
null-safety, invalid-property reporting).
