I'm sorry, it might be a real pain to you. I have to demote this issue from Blocker to Major. Generally it could even be a hardware issue. NetBeans 8.2 is out for quite a while and as far as we know this is not the usual behavior on Windows.

We would apreciate if you could provide more information though.
