[ANNOUNCE] Apache SystemML 0.15.0 released.

The Apache SystemML team is pleased to announce the release of ApacheSystemML version 0.15.0.Apache SystemML provides declarative large-scale machine learning (ML) thataims at a flexible specification of ML algorithms and automatic generationof hybrid runtime plans ranging from single-node, in-memory computations,to distributed computations on Apache Hadoop MapReduce and Apache Spark.
