   *Problem*
   
   #209 introduced the speculative policy interfaces. However the interfaces don't problem any mechanism to cancel speculative requests. so PendingReadOp and ReadLastAddConfirmedAndEntryOp don't have a way to cancel speculative requests when they are done.
